Coming home in and of itself is challenging when thinking about all that needs to be done to prepare a CHD family's home. Mighty Hearts Charitable Fund is here to help ease some of those burdens. The Clean & Sanitize Box has what items will be needed to keep the home clean, the baby safe, and reduce trips back to the hospital.
